Job description
As an employee at Breeze, you are detail oriented, friendly, a team player and an important part of the store's efficiency. The Responsibilities
Promote a work environment that is positive and customer service oriented
Stay up to date with new products, discounts, deals, changes in laws and industry trends
Fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner, all while spot checking products for defects or deficiencies
Verify that pricing is correct on the customer ticket in comparison to POS system
Communicating with the Inventory leads when products need to be restocked
Verify packaging and labeling are compliant with established state, and company requirements
Communicating with Call Center when appropriate
Verify that all references from the Call Center reflect in the customer order
Assigning appropriate holding location for the order until it is ready for pickup
Assisting management with weekly and monthly audits (outside of normal business hours)
The Store Associate will also be asked to step in when needed for cashing out orders and assisting customers
The Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent multitasker
Self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented and disciplined work ethic
Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment
Cash handling experience is a plus
Additional Requirements
Minimum of 21 years of age
Must pass any and all required background checks
Must remain compliant with all state and company rules and regulations
Physical Demands
Inventory employees may regularly work evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of our facility. Most shifts will be 12 hours. Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to move freely between different parts of the store, and lift up to 50 pounds. This position is frequently required to stand, bend, crouch, kneel, walk and reach with hands and arms
