Job description

The Solutions Engineer is a Dutchie expert on all fronts: knows the ins and outs of all Dutchie software features across all modules, understands and can explain Dutchie implementation, understands all integrations with other systems, and helps guide product development by serving as the voice of the customer on behalf of the Sales team. The Solutions Engineers focus on identifying and understanding the processes and challenges of our prospects and customers, and find solutions leveraging our platform where appropriate. The ultimate goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
