Job description
We are looking for someone to join our Salesforce team and own the user facing enablement and own our ERP and SFDC Billing technologies within our salesforce environment. You will be a partner to the business, helping them be better at their jobs and succeed in the platforms. You will help improve the technology by identifying opportunities for automation for our development team, and think creatively on how to solve issues.
What You'll Do...
- Translate functional requirements into technical requirements
- Identify, diagnose, and report technical problems, escalate and track problems appropriately.
- Establish, implement, and administer best practices.
- Act as the primary admin to our Financial Force FFA, SCM as well as Salesforce Billing and CPQ.
- Monitor the user help desk and strive towards providing exceptional user experiences
- Assist with analytics requests and building reports and dashboards
- Create technical content to enable users with the platform.
- Minor configuration and development work as required.

- Possess creative ability, consulting skills, leadership qualities, credibility and self-confidence.
- Influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical leadership skills.
- 5+ years experience as an SFDC Admin
- 2+ years administering Financial Force FFA
- Familiar with SFDC billing and CPQ
- An eye for detail.
- Working knowledge of financial processes, reporting, revenue, ect.
It's a Bonus If You...

- SFDC Admin I & II
- A diverse background in Operations, Accounting or Program Management.
