The ideal candidate is someone with not only a keen eye for detail but passion for this ever growing industry. You must also be able to adapt and problem solve to help fit Manufacturing needs.
Responsibilities include:
Assist the Rosin Team with prep work
Organization of Water Hash and Rosin
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Sanitize work station and tools
Work in walk in freezer for long periods of time
Identify and report any issues that need to be addressed by Production Manager
Clean and maintain equipment used in the processes
Assisting with other departmental tasks such as rosin pressing, cleaning, ect.
Assisting in other departments as needed
Pay range: $17 - $19
Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, paid time off, and holidays
Qualifications:
Experience packaging cannabis - particularly gramming/handling of concentrates
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a walk-in freezer for long periods of time
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage high-stress situations, and be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires
Be able to reach set goals within a given time frame
Efficient at repetitive tasks
Work well as part of a team
Please note that the regulations and laws of The State of Colorado require persons working onsite at a cannabis facility to be at least 21 years of age.
