Job description
The ideal candidate is someone with not only a keen eye for detail but passion for this ever-growing industry. You must also be able to adapt, and problem solve to help fit Manufacturing needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Rosin Team with prep work
- Organization of Water Hash and Rosin
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Sanitize work station and tools
- Work in walk in freezer for majority of shift
- Identify and report any issues that need to be addressed by Lab Director/Lab Supervisor
- Clean and maintain equipment used in the processes
- Any other duties as assigned by Director of Production and Packaging/Lab Supervisor
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a production role that required time management and high standards for quality control.
- Experience packaging cannabis - particularly gramming/handling of concentrates.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a walk-in Freezer for long periods of time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage high-stress situations, and be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires.
- Be able to reach set goals within a given time frame.
- Efficient at repetitive tasks.
- Work well as part of a team.
