Grow Op Farms is a WA i502 producer-processor farming copious amounts of top shelf cannabis in Washington State. Our team is looking for a Recruiter with a background in placing candidates in jobs to join our team. We’re a well-established organization with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and we’re looking for an experienced candidate who can be relied upon to find the right candidates for our jobs. We’re particularly interested in recruiters who can work independently and excel at using available resources and technologies to meet company goals and standards.
Job Duties
Track and manage the candidate search process.
Manage Job Requisition forms between the departments.
Compose and post internal/external job postings.
Master the latest recruitment techniques and technology.
Interpret resumes and collaborate with team members to make determinations on qualification of candidates.
Set up interviews with appropriate candidates.
Creates and maintains phone, pre-screen questions, and in-person interview questions.
Communicates with the hiring managers.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Proven ability to build respectful working relationships with co-workers
Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
High degree of personal initiative
Superior customer service skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Possess a high level of professionalism and interpersonal communications skills
Must demonstrate an extreme attention to detail and the capability for multi-tasking and research
Proficient in Microsoft Office, ability to work a multi-line phone system

Paid Vacation Time; 24 hours for 6mo-1yr employment, 40 hours for 1-2 years employment, 80 hours for 3-10 years employment, 120 for 11-15 years employment, 160 hours for 16-20+years of employment and four paid holidays.
