The Metrc and Inventory Administrator will be responsible for tracking all product inventory, harvest as well as shipping and receiving products.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Compliantly and accurately tags all immature plants
● Destroys immature groupings and mature plants as necessary
● Evaluate and select clones for transplant
● Accurately tracks new clones in METRC
● Accurately tracks all growth phases of cultivation in METRC
● Maintains licenses
● Tracks plant counts for each individual license and for each cultivation bay ● Calculates and reports harvest estimates
● Maintains METRC to ensure compliance and corrects any discrepancies in tracking ● Audits all rooms to ensure compliance
● Utilizes and maintains METRC and the company’s POS system by entering in clone groupings, growth phases, scanning rooms, and transitions
● Maintains tracking spreadsheets or systems including harvest, clone, potency, microbial, and pesticide trackers
● Weights and tracks each harvest batch
● Prepares and ships test samples
● Tracks and evaluates test sample results
● Prepares and ships products to MIP
● Unloads deliveries into the grow facility
● Receives deliveries and conducts QC inspections and counts
● Cleans, organizes, and maintains work area
● Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
● Must possess or obtain a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee Badge ● Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organization and time management skills
● Proficiency using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office programs including Gmail, Calendar Docs, Slides, Sheets, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Proficient in METRC and Cova POS system
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
● Sitting and/or standing for extended periods
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs
● Ability to sit, stand, stoop, stretch, walk, bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive motions, and carry boxes or items
