The Source+, a cannabis leader in Nevada, has four locations throughout the state: 2550 S. Rainbow Blvd. at the corner of Sahara Ave. in Las Vegas, 9480 S. Eastern Ave. in Henderson, 420 E Deer Springs Way in North Las Vegas, and 5270 Longley Ln., Suite 103 in Reno.
The Las Vegas Valley locations are open to customers and for curbside pick-up from 8 a.m. – 11 p.m. daily. Same day deliveries are available from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. each day, and orders received after 8 p.m. will be scheduled for the following day at the Henderson and Rainbow locations. The Reno location is now open for curbside and in-store orders from 9 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily. Same day deliveries are open from 9 a.m. -7 p.m. at the Reno location; orders received after 7 p.m. will be scheduled for the following day.

Job description
A Source+ Merchandiser is responsible for creating, updating, replenishing, and maintaining accurate inventory for the store team. All visible displays, signage, and labeling of product is maintained by the merchandiser and communicated to all appropriate teams when changes are made.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and placing sample displays in store
- Responsible for creating and updating store signage and menus
- Responsible for maintaining accurate packaged inventory and logs (including any state mandated inventory control system and/or programs designated by the Company)
- Responsible for replenishing packaged front stock inventory from packaged back stock inventory as directed by team Lead/Manager and Store Management
- Responsible for receiving packaged inventory from Vault team
- Responsible for communicating "dead" Metrc tags to team Leads/Managers
- Responsible for applying barcode and labels to products
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized area
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized packaged inventory area
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing packaged inventory areas and equipment
- Responsible for timely execution of tasks as assigned by team Leads/Managers and Store Management
- Responsible for providing administrative assistance as needed
- Responsible for maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork and problem solving
Retail Dispensary Store
- Must be able to lift as much as 50 pounds occasionally
- Must be able to carry, bend, stand, file documents, lift, and push/pull as needed
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years as an individual contributor in a retail environment.
- Must be over the age of 21
- Cannabis industry experience (retail preferred)
- Associates Degree preferred or equivalent job experience
