Job description
The Marketing Manager will assist the Sr. Director of Marketing with all our marketing needs by implementing strategies and tactics that engage our user base and convert them into customers. You should possess the swiss army knife of marketing skills, including traditional and non-traditional marketing. You will need to be creative, innovative, attentive to detail, and possess project management and budget management experience.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive traffic, sales and awareness of the brand, measuring everything, online and offline, for optimization of results and spend
- Regularly monitor, analyze, and share sales achievement reports and KPI tracking
- Develop promotional schedule, blog content, and multimedia & social media calendar
- Execute creative briefs to develop marketing collateral and visual assets that support marketing initiatives
- Plan and executive internal and external events with some night/weekend work required
- Oversee brand ambassador marketing initiatives to create innovative ways to gain exposure for our products
- Participate in the management and maintenance of our online digital presence, including website, ecommerce site, and social media channels
- Collaborate with internal teams from operations, sales, and finance, and external teams from freelancers, musicians, and consultants, to support the brand's business objectives
- Communicate status on all projects and results to senior leadership
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3-6 years work experience in omni-channel marketing
- Proficient with technology, familiar with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Shopify, & social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat
- Please be ready to share a portfolio or submit sample marketing work
