As a Manager of the Optimization team, you will be a critical player under the Professional Services umbrella. You must be a Kronos SME and able to review client business policies to help advise the clients on the best system configuration, processes, and procedures. Although you will have some responsibility for taking the client through an optimization project, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of the projects coming from your department. You may have multiple projects going on at one time and you will need to be able to multitask and keep a successful business relationship with the clients and with the team.
