Job description
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Build purchase orders from invoices with extreme attention to detail. Process purchase and sales orders upon receiving invoices/manifests.
- Build product masters when necessary (new products/strains) after Inventory Manager places vendor orders and receives invoices.
- Monitor inventory pricing, stock levels, and product content on the online menu and in MJ Freeway/LeafLogix.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure gross profit goals are met, ensuring a proper assortment of product, and communicating inventory action items with the Inventory Manager.
- Support when onsite to manage delivery receipt of product and the mapping of product in MJ Freeway (PA Only)
- Support when needed in performing daily and weekly inventory counts by category. Ensure each location is maintaining the weekly inventory review counts spreadsheet by reporting the weekly counts by category.
- Support the General Manager on all reconciliations and manage discrepancy reporting in MJ Freeway/LeafLogix
- Maintain and monitor all inventory controls to conduct monthly inventory reviews and annual comprehensive inventories product at the facility.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- College degree preferred
- Strong data and inventory acumen
- Cannabis industry experience a plus
- Working knowledge of excel
- Strong attention to detail
