Job description

Provides clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Responsible for filing forms and documents in employee files and maintaining active cannabis agent cards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.

Maintains active Cannabis Agent Cards.

Processes requests for files and data.

Facilitate and assist new team members.

Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.

Scans paper documents and verifies that scanned documents are clear and legible.

Processes requests for file and data.

Transcribes audio and video content.

Checks and corrects documentation and placement of previously filed documents. Knowledge of Excel and attention to details in all work aspects.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must possess a Nevada State Agent Card and be 21 years of age or older.
