Job description
Fast growing national cannabis brand seeks a Harvester. Harvester team members are responsible for insuring our product is accurately and efficiently harvested to the high quality our customers expect. Harvester team members report to the Harvest Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for understanding the components of compliance surrounding packaging and labeling; and ability to apply labels to products as outlined in the standard bottling procedure
- Efficiently cure our Wet Plan Harvest by “de-fanning” and “hanging” (“Pull & Hang”
- Harvest various strains by dry trimming and de-boning with speed and accuracy
- Must be aware of all laws surrounding compliance in medical and retail operations
- Track all mileage from one facility to another as needed and enters into proper file and save by the end of each pay period (paid $.58 per mile)
At a minimum, here’s what you need:
- Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire. Proof of vaccination required.
- Current MED badge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to perform other duties as needed
We’d also like if you have:
1+ years of experience harvesting 1+ years of previous cannabis experience
