Job description
We are looking for high-energy, emotionally intelligent, agile, and passionate individuals. As a Hardware Support specialist, you will work alongside the Partner Success and Technical Support teams to ensure internal and external customers service needs are met on a daily basis. You will be responsible for maintaining an inventory database of all assets, and own the process of receiving, national and international shipping deployment, and warehousing of assets. This role will also be responsible for the configuration, deployment and troubleshooting of remote technical hardware issues.
You Will:
- Configure and test printer, kiosk, and other hardware devices
- Troubleshoot printer, kiosk, and other hardware configuration and connectivity issues
- Daily phone, video call, or email correspondence with partners needing assistance
- Shipping/receiving of new and returned hardware (domestic & international)
- Maintain inventory database with accurate documentation specific to all warehouse activities/ serial #’s, asset tagging, purchase dates, shipping dates, physical asset location, etc.
- Log, prioritize and resolve help desk tickets related to all hardware needs
- Assist with projects and testing of new product offerings
- Suggest internal tooling and process improvements
- Work both as a team and individually on a daily basis to brainstorm and tackle opportunities in creative ways
- Collaborate with internal cross functional teams

You Have:
- High level attention to detail, time management, and prioritization
- Basic hardware troubleshooting understanding
- Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Google Apps
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack and Teamviewer
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- (Preferred) Knowledge of organized inventory management
- (Required) This is an onsite role
