Job description
We are looking for a Driver who is excited about building a new industry. The ideal candidate is skilled at driving, can keep precise records, and is a team player.
At the highest level, this role is responsible for all transportation activities coming to and leaving from our distribution facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive transport vehicle between Carpinteria facility and partner facilities in and around Carpinteria and across California.
- Ensure timely delivery on predetermined routes.
- Load and unload freight.
- Assist in record keeping for all transport activities.
- Inventory assistance during down time.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations governing commercial transportation are followed and enforced.
The candidate must have:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- No recreational cannabis-use is tolerated during work hours
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must have legal working status
- A valid Driver’s License
