Job description
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring each customer/patient is provided the highest possible level of service consistent with the Theory brand
- Engaging with customers through our Customer Service portal through a variety of channels, primarily through phone calls, emails, chat
- Educating customers and patients on the range of Theory products, their effects, and manufacturing processes
- Triaging and facilitating product returns and refunds with internal Theory teams
- Monitoring and responding to a range of review sites (Google, Yelp, Leafly, etc.)
- Leveraging strong interpersonal and problems solving skills with clear communication abilities—both written and oral
- Ensuring compliance with all local, Department of Health, and Cannabis Control Commission regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with complex issues from regulatory to retail
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business
- Other duties as assigned
Compensation & Benefits:
- $16 per hour

Requirements:
- 2+ Years in customer service-related experience
- OPEN AVAILABILITY required to accommodate a set-rotating schedule
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Demonstrate calm under pressure
- You work best in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to solve unexpected problems quickly
- Strong software and computer skills
- High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done right
- A passion for cannabis
- At least 21 years of age
- No felony convictions, or any offenses related to violence; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
