Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

Our organization is seeking an outgoing and passionate Cultivator. Your responsibilities will be primarily for day-to-day cultivation tasks that assure our exceptional plants are producing the highest quality flowers possible. Reporting to Lead Grower for continual guidance on tasks and duties as per company guidelines. You must possess the ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences for their particular needs.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and packaging practices under the direction of the Cultivation Manager Manually trim marijuana plants using shears, scissors, hands, and machines., clean, feed, and fertilize Maintain all feeding, watering, foliar, and PH logs, reporting any discrepancies or problems immediately. Check plants daily for evidence of mold or pests and report any findings Document daily cultivation activities and report concerns Diagnose and resolve plant health issues Maintain and clean equipment Clean, sterilize and maintain cultivation facility, including some janitorial tasks May require working rotating shifts with varied hours/day, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to execute techniques consistently Good documentation, inventory, and organization skills Ability to keep to a tight schedule Excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills to interact with team members Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale Must be at least 21 years of age Subject to background check per state cannabis regulations EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
