Job description
We’re looking for a trailblazing cannabis advocate to light up the Eastern PA area with their charisma! Our Community Outreach Specialist will lead new-patient seminars and develop creative campaigns to educate the public about the benefits of cannabis and our distinctive brand. This well-seasoned healthcare marketing and outreach professional will know that people in Steelton, PA are burning with curiosity about cannabis and just need someone confident and caring to hit them the details! This position is a unique opportunity to inspire and educate patients across the Eastern PA community, so we’re looking for someone with passion, tact, savvy, and a nice big dab of charm!
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive new-patient seminars.
- Perform new-patient outreach.
- Assist patients with the application process.
- Physician education.
- Referral follow-up.
- Develop strategic marketing campaigns.
- Inspire patient confidence and create patient loyalty.
- Develop knowledge of various strains and their effect on debilitating medical conditions.
- Accountable for monthly goals and key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Must be compassionate with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional patient service skills; experience in health care related field a plus.
- Desire to learn about products to assist patients.
- Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality.
- Ability to resolve problems in a professional manner.
- Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations, including weekends.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgement, common sense, and resourcefulness.
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment.
- Possesses a high level of critical thinking skill.
- Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information.
- Must understand and comply with the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of GTI.
- Must have a solid understanding of the Medical Marijuana laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the state.
Additional Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- Must possess valid driver’s license or state ID
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry
