About our company
FLOWER CO. sells weed on the internet. We've built an end-to-end software and operations system for sourcing, fulfillment, delivery, and e-commerce in a highly regulated industry. We’re tackling big, unique problems to solve in a massive space that is growing exponentially with wider legalization.
FLOWER CO. is backed by some of the best investors in Silicon Valley and OG cannabis industry insiders. By working with us, you’ll get amazing exposure to all of the workings of a successful cannabis startup from tech and cannabis industry veterans. Join our dream team and grow with us!
At FLOWER CO., Assistant Managers own the relationships amongst our General Managers and Drive team members . This involves training our depot team members on how to use our tools and holding each driver accountable for our depot and driver performance metrics. In this role, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members. You’ll ensure that the right products are delivered to the right person at the right time!
We’re a growing company, so over time, you will work to identify opportunities to automate as much as possible as you work with the General Manager to create a repeatable playbook for other states. Because cannabis only became legal in 2018, the opportunities for creativity are endless. It’s entirely possible that you’ll be responsible for brainstorming and standing up new products. As more and more states increasingly make strides towards legalization, new opportunities will continue to arise.
