Job description
LeafLink is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our fast-growing team to implement and manage LeafLink’s collections operations process. This role will partner with executive teams and cross-functional leadership to drive operational AR excellence and strategize on ways LeafLink can improve and simplify tracking, organizing, and disputing of cash payments from customers and partners. . This role is highly collaborative, requires creative thinking, confidence, and an understanding of all product offerings and platform features on LeafLink. This role will require strong accounts receivable acumen and organizational skills, as you will be expected to identify process improvement opportunities and have a direct impact on the Financial Operations organization. This candidate will interface directly with our executive team, client experience, sales, marketing, and engineering teams and will require you to be a self-starter who is comfortable with change, enjoys a very fast pace, and can juggle many tasks and deadlines.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure active engagement with internal and external partners
- Accurately process and communicate discrepancies on customer payments to ensure AR aging balances are aligned with customer records
- Track delinquent accounts and direct collections strategies
- Conduct retrospective analyses on delinquent accounts
- Make policy update recommendations to the company
- Design and produce key collections reports for internal stakeholders to measure and report on KPIs including routine vendor dashboard maintenance and presentations to management
- What You’ll Bring to the Team
- 5+ years of experience in an online, B2B environment, working with middle market or enterprise level companies, SaaS experience a plus
- Direct experience interfacing with C-Level relationships
- Experience in professional relationship building and negotiating
- Ability to work proficiently within Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
- Experience with various accounting and financial systems, experience with Sage a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment that requires tenacity to exploit opportunities and a steady demeanor to handle challenges

- Ability to work well independently as well as with other members of the team, both in person and remotely

- Organized operator who executes on both internal and external responsibilities
- Knowledge of key project management concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
